A worked example
Everything on this page is invented. "Example Farm", "Example Agency" and the producer code are not real.
Step 1. The agent's report
Your agent emails a sales report like this one. Each agent uses its own layout. We read it and check the numbers.

Each line adds up: sold + discarded + remaining equals delivered. Price × sold matches the value. The last line has a code we don't recognise, so we won't guess its name.
Step 2. The WhatsApp message
This is the message you receive at about 14:00.
Step 3. The "Show details" letter
When you tap the button, we send the full letter.
The unconfirmed code is shown as it appears on the report, marked "name not confirmed".
Step 4. A preview of the market comparison
Illustrative, coming in v1.1. This is not live.

Tomatoes, mixed, 6 kg: R6.42/kg vs Joburg average R7.00 (high R8.00)
In v1.1 we plan to add a line like this under a product. The Joburg figures here are invented.
