For market agents
A producer who sells through you has asked us to receive their sales reports. We are asking you to add one address as a CC on that producer's reports.
What we ask
Add the producer's report address as a CC on their sales reports. Nothing else changes. Send the reports in the format you use now.
Whose data this is
The reports are the producer's own data. The producer has signed an authorization for us to receive them. We attach that signed authorization to our email to you.
What the address does
The address only receives. It never sends mail on, and it never replies to you. Mail from senders we don't expect is quarantined and not processed.
What we do with the reports
We read the figures and send the producer a daily WhatsApp summary of their own sales. The figures go to that producer and their opted-in contacts only. Our data practices are on the privacy page.
Stopping
The producer can ask you to stop the CC at any time, or we remove the address.
